I specialize in representing tenants leasing commercial real estate, and owner-users buying or selling property.

I sit exclusively on the tenant's side of the deal - that's where my loyalties are. I negotiate aggressively against landlords because I don't want that business now or ever. This conflict-free approach is a real differentiator, especially with law firms and institutional tenants who value that clarity.

My clientele includes law firms, professional services companies, colleges, and government agencies. I build long-term relationships with my clients, and I take pride in making sure decision-makers look good - both during the transaction and long after it closes.
